Louise Shaw - P.A. & Sales Support
Louise Shaw is the Personal Assistant to Darren Newell in our Orewa Office.
With a BSc (Hons) Degree in Earth & Environment Science, Louise’s previous experience includes working as a Project Manager for a Government-funded Organisation, and as a Policy Advisor for a Waste Management Company in the UK, developing Risk Management and Environmental Policies in line with strict legal boundaries.
Having also worked for Harcourts as a Sales & Marketing Consultant, Louise has the experience and knowledge to support Darren, his team and his clients. As PA, her role involves client communication, designing marketing and general day-to-day responsibilities as required.
Louise emigrated to New Zealand in 2009 with her husband and 2 young children, and quickly settled on the Hibiscus Coast.
Her interests include baking, bike-riding, practicing karate with the kids and spending time with family and friends.
Karl Martinovich AREINZ - Branch Manager
A Hibiscus Coast local, Karl’s real estate career started when he was shoulder tapped by local agents at a young age. Karl hasn’t looked back since and after many years in the real estate industry, both as a multi-award winning national salesperson and now business owner of three very successful offices in Orewa, Whangaparaoa and Silverdale, he still gets a thrill out of it.

Kylie Fenton - Office Administrator
Kylie comes from a background in Real Estate totalling over 5 years, and after taking a short break has come back to work with the amazing team in Harcourts Orewa.
Assets Kylie brings to her team are a positive and self-motivated attitude, an eye to detail, a friendly approachable presence and an ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Originally from the Waikato, Kylie has been residing in Auckland for a little over 10 years now and enjoys sports and quality time with Family and friends.
Shanna Shepherd - Operations Manager
Shanna's role as Operations Manager has her working closely with all our new and existing staff, inducting and training them in all our office procedures and computer systems.
Balancing her time between Sales Consultants and Office Administrators can be a demanding job, but with her warm welcome, positive attitude, focus and drive, Shanna thrives on getting the job done.
Shanna started within Tandem as one of our Office Administrators. With Shanna's background and knowledge in our company systems and her 15 years experience in customer service, admin and sales support, she is an integral part of our team.
